Duration: 6 months, potential for extension or conversion

Pay Range: $29/hr $31/hr (W2)

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, ATS utilization, and corporate recruiting and a proven ability to source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates while managing the end-to-end hiring process.

• Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions across functions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Evaluate and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review.
• Schedule interviews, facilitate feedback, and manage offers through acceptance.

• Full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated requisition ownership.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate databases.
• Corporate recruiting background with stakeholder management skills.
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Travel recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple requisitions and business lines.

• Top candidate traits. Full-cycle recruiting, ATS proficiency, and corporate recruiting experience.
