- Serve as primary labor relations expert for OHFA to include conducting investigatory interviews
- Review, update, maintain, formulate, and facilitate implementation of HR policies
- Serve as American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator for OHFA staff to include receiving and acting on ADA requests
- Serve as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Act to prevent and address harassment and discrimination for OHFA staff and applicants
- This position will work from OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field; AND 3 years' experience in Human Resources of which at least two years are directly related to labor relations; AND possess experience with EEO, ADA, and/or policy writing.
- OR 5 years' experience in Human Resources of which at least three years' experience is directly related to labor relations; AND possess experience with EEO, ADA, and/or policy writing.
