This position combines recruiting, business development, account management, and relationship building.

You'll recruit accounting and finance professionals while developing new client relationships, reconnecting with former clients, strengthening existing partnerships, and helping expand Referral Staffing throughout the United States.

• Recruit accounting and finance professionals for direct hire and contract opportunities
• Source passive candidates using advanced recruiting techniques
• Conduct recruiter phone screens and candidate interviews
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through placement
• Build long-term relationships with candidates

• Develop new client relationships
• Reconnect with former Referral Staffing clients
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Conduct client discovery meetings
• Generate new recruiting opportunities
• Negotiate recruiting agreements
• Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing AI-powered recruiting tools and technology to improve productivity and efficiency
• Helping develop AI-driven recruiting workflows and automation
• Identifying opportunities to streamline recruiting and business development processes
• Recommending innovative solutions that enhance the candidate and client experience
• Staying current with emerging recruiting technologies and industry best practices
