Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish) 🎉
📍 Columbus, OH (Hilliard Area)
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
💰 $18/hour | Paid weekly (Fridays!)
Do you enjoy talking to people, being out in the community, and helping others find work? Are you fluent in English and Spanish and love using both every day? Then this might be the perfect fit for you!
We’re looking for an energetic, people‑focused Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to help us connect great candidates with great opportunities.
👫 What You’ll Be Doing- Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish)
- Calling, texting, and emailing applicants
- Interviewing candidates and making job offers
- Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation
- Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees
- Tracking recruiting activity and progress
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone
- Organized and reliable
- Enjoys working with people
- Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
