Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish)
Columbus,OH (Hilliard Area)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
$18/hour | Paid weekly (Fridays!)

We’re looking for an energetic, people‑focused Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to help us connect great candidates with great opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing- Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish)
- Calling, texting, and emailing applicants
- Interviewing candidates and making job offers
- Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation
- Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees
- Tracking recruiting activity and progress
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone
- Organized and reliable
- Enjoys working with people
- Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
