HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for a human resources professional with a broad background across HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and talent support, who is looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to HR operations while supporting key initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational success.
Responsibilities- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records management.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and documentation.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and assisting with candidate communication.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy of employee data and reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Partner with leadership to support performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture efforts.
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Full-time
Salary$65,000 - $80,000 based on experience
HoursMonday through Friday
