Recruiting Specialist (Level I or II)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

JSET Automated Technologies supports industrial construction, controls, automation, electrical, and data center projects across the United States. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our team and support hiring efforts across a variety of field, technical, and office-based positions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, learning new technology, and helping move candidates through the hiring process from application to onboarding.

• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate screening calls
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Process interview recordings and transcripts
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation
• Track candidate movement through the hiring pipeline
• Assist with offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding
• Maintain recruiting reports, schedules, and recruiting trackers
• Help ensure open positions move efficiently from application to hire

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-through and accountability
• Confidence learning new systems and technology
• Ability to accurately document conversations and interview notes
• Positive attitude and willingness to receive feedback and coaching
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach

• 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, administration, coordination, scheduling, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work full-time in our Columbus office

• Experience conducting phone interviews or candidate screenings
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
• Experience coordinating interviews or onboarding activities
• Experience supporting construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, industrial, or technical hiring
• Bilingual English/Spanish

JSET is hiring for either a Level I or Level II Recruiting Specialist position. Placement within the range will be based on experience, demonstrated capabilities, and overall qualifications.
