We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as the on-site HR leader for Columbus Cardiology Associates.
This role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, supporting organizational goals, and fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with no weekend or major holidays.
The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with practice leadership and our Regional Support Office team to oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and daily HR operations.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a visible leadership role and excels at coaching managers, resolving workplace challenges, and building strong teams.
- Serves as the primary on-site HR resource and strategic partner for managers and employees.
- Advises and coaches leaders on employee performance and development, conflict resolution, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Leads employee relation initiatives, including workplace investigations, performance improvement plans, policy interpretation, and resolution of workplace concerns.
- Manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Partners with the Regional Support Office team on benefits administration, leave management, payroll support, HR systems, and operational processes.
- Champions employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with significant expertise in employee relations, leadership coaching, and performance management.
- Experience as a stand-alone HR leader or HR Business Partner supporting managers and business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, HRIS systems, and full-cycle recruitment.
