We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our recruiting team and help identify, attract, and hire top engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, and related engineering disciplines
.

This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter with a background in recruiting or working with traditional engineering and technical professionals
, who understands the talent market and can build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through Linked In, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Recruit across disciplines including civil, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, and related engineering fields
  .
• Screen candidates based on education, engineering experience, technical qualifications, and overall fit.
• Conduct phone and video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future engineering openings.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and recruiting progress.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay current on engineering talent markets, sourcing strategies, and industry trends.
• Support recruiting initiatives, career events, networking opportunities, and employer branding efforts as needed.

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with engineering, technical, or industrial recruiting strongly preferred
  .
• Experience recruiting for civil, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or related engineering disciplines
  .
• Strong understanding of engineering terminology, technical qualifications, and professional backgrounds.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
• Experience with Linked In Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, technical professionals, and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
