Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Uncapped Commission

First-Year Target Compensation: $65K–$90K

You’ll begin in our Sales Development program, building the business development and recruiting skills needed to succeed in executive search.

You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship while developing experience in prospecting, client development, candidate recruitment, and relationship management.

High performers have the opportunity to advance quickly into recruiting and executive search roles with significantly greater earning potential.

Recruiting experience isn't required. We're looking for competitive, motivated people who are comfortable picking up the phone, receptive to coaching, resilient when facing rejection, and motivated by measurable results.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Downtown Columbus, Ohio.
