Job Description

Summary:

The Senior Consultant, Culture & Engagement serves as a senior enterprise consultant responsible for advancing Ohio Health's culture strategy, Culture DNA (activation, integration, and sustainment), associate experience, engagement, belonging, and workforce culture initiatives.

This role provides strategic consultation, program leadership, facilitation expertise, and organizational influence to strengthen and sustain a high-performing, inclusive, and purpose-driven culture across Ohio Health. The Senior Consultant partners with leaders, associates, teams, and enterprise stakeholders to design, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve culture-focused initiatives that enhance associate engagement, organizational belonging, workforce effectiveness, leadership capability, and alignment with Ohio Health's mission, values, and strategic priorities.

The Senior Consultant serves as the enterprise lead for Culture DNA activation, care site engagement, culture integration across learning experiences, culture sustainability strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives. This position leads complex enterprise initiatives, establishes best practices, develops scalable solutions, and serves as a trusted advisor on organizational culture and transformation.

Operating without direct people-management responsibilities, the Senior Consultant influences outcomes through expertise, consultation, facilitation, relationship building, data-driven recommendations, project leadership, and enterprise collaboration.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Culture DNA Strategy, Activation & Integration (40%)Leads the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of Ohio Health's Culture DNA strategy across the enterprise.

Leads enterprise-wide Culture DNA activation initiatives.

Oversees Culture DNA eLearning strategy, implementation, sustainment, maintenance, and evaluation.

Leads Culture DNA care site activation efforts and implementation planning.

Ensures consistent integration of Culture DNA throughout:

New Associate Orientation (NAO)
New Leader Orientation (NLO)
New Nurse Orientation (NNO)
New Provider Orientation (NPO)

Develops tools, resources, communication strategies, and activation methods that strengthen behavior adoption and sustainability.

Partners with business leaders to embed Culture DNA into everyday practices and experiences.

Culture Strategy, Transformation & Enterprise Initiatives (35%)Leads enterprise culture initiatives that strengthen mission alignment, organizational effectiveness, engagement, belonging, recognition, leadership effectiveness, and workforce performance.

Serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on organizational culture strategy.

Leads culture transformation initiatives supporting enterprise strategic priorities.

Facilitates culture assessments, discovery work, focus groups, listening sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Supports organizational change initiatives through culture integration and behavior adoption strategies.

Develops scalable culture solutions that improve associate and leader experiences across the employment lifecycle.
