Client: State of Ohio

• MHAS is looking for a skilled Solution Architect/Senior Developer to refactor an existing custom .net/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure to meet the needs of our Agency and constituents.
• Work directly with Human Resource professionals, understand the basic terminology and business functions of HR, and communicate verbally and in writing to the project sponsors.
• Azure experience: deploying code using Azure Pipelines and functional knowledge of Azure Functions.
• Collaborate with IT Architecture staff and IT Managers to design solutions that meet the agency’s requirements; assist analysis of the solution design’s business case.
• Write, review, and develop applications and source code using the department’s standards.
• Create detailed test designs and test plans; prepare and review test data; execute unit and system test scripts; perform debugging and defect tracking; support user acceptance testing and deployment tasks.

• Mid-Senior level
• Strong experience with .NET, C#, Azure, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Functions
• Experience with HR applications or HR processes is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience interfacing with Ohio’s ERP (OAKS) is advantageous
• On-site availability in Ohio and ability to communicate with stakeholders
