Intune and Tango management Consultant - Onsite, OH

Extensive travel is required throughout the state of Ohio.

On-site required for 1st 3 days in Columbus or London, OH location.
** Most work is in office or travelling, occasional tele-work

A valid driver’s license is required as travel to ODRC locations will be mandatory

ODRC expects the candidate to be extremely well rounded in managing 50+ telecommunication tickets that may involve data entry, troubleshooting, critical thinking, inventory management, asset management, etc.

This will involve traveling to our London, OH site to take inventory of the phones, etc./technology as it is sent/received. Will involve some data entry aspects to track assets. The candidate is responsible for managing the transfer of iPhones from Air Watch to Intune, as such a strong understanding of mobile device management will be required. The candidate should also have knowledge of Tango management for managing mobile phone devices, processing orders, some sales experience, and good customer service.

Experience with leading training will be necessary.
