Desktop Analyst

Overview

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified IT Support Technician to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly visible, client-facing role during a major technology refresh project. You’ll be the go-to person in a walk-up IT Clinic environment, solving real problems and making a direct impact on end-user experience. This role blends hands-on technical work with customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Providing in-person, phone, and remote support for hardware and software issues
• Assisting with PC deployments, installations, and technology refresh activities
• Troubleshooting and resolving incidents in collaboration with users, vendors, and IT teams
• Managing and updating asset records accurately in Service Now

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support, desktop support, or IT services role
• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and basic networking
• Experience supporting users in a client-facing or walk-up IT environment
• Familiarity with Service Now or similar IT asset and ticketing systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, managing lists)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
