Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a high-capacity Senior Java Developer to join our team in building enterprise-grade APIs and production infrastructure that deliver performance, scalability, and reliability.

This role involves hands-on development using Java Spring Boot, cloud-native services, and modern Dev Ops practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern REST APIs using Java Spring Boot and deploy them in cloud and containerized environments.
• Assist with system and software design, including server architecture, disaster recovery planning, and data modeling.
• Design and optimize database schemas and storage strategies (RDBMS and No
  
  SQL).
• Collaborate on Kafka-based solutions, including environment setup and data transformation.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to Dev Ops practices.
• Work closely with architects and engineering leadership to implement enterprise services.
• Develop unit and automated test scripts as part of the development process.
• Maintain and evolve existing integration assets and contribute to process improvements.

• 7+ years of experience in software development, including API development and integration.
• Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot, Eclipse, Maven, and Gradle.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and working with SQL.
• Experience with Dev Ops tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprint-based environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and mentor junior developers.

• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to containerization and cloud platforms (on-prem and public cloud).
• Familiarity with deployment automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems.
