Position SummarySavko is seeking a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented System Administrator / IT Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure. This full-time, in-person role is responsible for day-to-day system administration as well as strategic planning, vendor coordination, and cybersecurity oversight. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our IT environment and help guide continued modernization and cloud adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (user management, licensing, email, collaboration tools, and security settings)
- Manage on-premise and cloud-based servers, including monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization
- Plan and execute software and system migrations to cloud-based platforms
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices, including patch management, backups, access controls, and threat mitigation
- Manage IT vendors and service providers, including contracts, support relationships, and project coordination
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain clear documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
- Support and manage physical security systems; experience with security camera systems is a plus
- Ensure business continuity through backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness planning
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Manager, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience managing Windows-based server environments
- Demonstrated experience migrating software and systems to the cloud
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Experience working with and managing third-party IT vendors
- Experience with hybrid or fully cloud-based environments
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and physical security systems
- Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar) are a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
