Operations Support, IT​/Tech

We’re seeking an Operations Support Specialist to ensure job orders are accurate, timely, and execution-ready. This role is critical to keeping frontline field teams moving by managing job orders across SAP and Salesforce and resolving data and workflow issues that impact daily operations.

• ✔ Manage, execute, and maintain job orders in SAP and Salesforce
• ✔ Support scheduling and workflow coordination for gas line installations, repairs, and site updates
• ✔ Review new, active, and backlog work orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
• ✔ Cancel, void, update, or recreate job orders as needed to support field execution
• ✔ Update work centers and commit dates to ensure proper routing
• ✔ Troubleshoot job order issues and partner with work management and frontline teams
• ✔ Assist with data cleanup and standardization across systems

  Experience with
  SAP, Salesforce, and Excel (preferred; training provided)
