Job Description
Responsible for second level support and maintenance of the desktop and peripherals computing environment s desktop technician position primarily handles the installation, monitoring, and servicing of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals across the unit or component level. Working within the guidelines established by OSUMC Technology Services and Support, the Field Services Desktop Technician performs routine and project related break/fix and deployment duties within the medical center.
Shift: THIRD SHIFT.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant experience. Working knowledge of desktop hardware and peripheral units or components and their connectivity in a wired or wireless environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products.
