EY’s Service Now Senior Consultant provides authoritative, agile, and efficient solutions for business decision‑making. You’ll play a leading role, providing the competitive edge our clients need to overcome large creative and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
- Lead Service Now Transformation teams, establishing new client relationships and motivating teams.
- Assist in evaluating how AI can streamline delivery and improve clients’ IT/OM Asset Management process.
- Travel to meet clients as required.
- Act as a workstream lead across project design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants.
- Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now IT/OT Asset Management process implementations.
- Analyze a company’s IT/OT Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, providing leading practice recommendations.
- Advise on CMDB and IT Operations Management connectivity to ITSM processes.
- Lead client process and design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops with functional subject matter resources.
- Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk logs.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline.
- Typically, no less than 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 2 of the following Service Now certifications:
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills – communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
