Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates.
* Conduct thorough business process analysis, documenting current and future state workflows, functional models, and wireframes.

The Ideal Candidate ###

The Ideal Candidate :
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline preferred.
* Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
* Skilled in Agile methodologies, with experience writing user stories in Gherkin syntax.
* Ability to simplify technical information into non-technical language for business stakeholders.
* Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
* Experience with eCommerce or front-end user applications.
* Strong collaboration, organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
