Digital Experience Lead Engineer

Agility Partners is seeking a Digital Experience Lead Engineer (Principal IT Engineer) for one of our utility and energy services clients. In this role, you will lead the digital experience layer of a major customer services transformation, integrating Smart Energy Water (SEW) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to modernize customer journeys across web and mobile platforms. You will influence digital architecture, accessibility, omnichannel orchestration, and integration strategy across enterprise platforms.

• Leading end-to-end delivery of SEW CX platform capabilities aligned with digital experience standards and program objectives.
• Coordinating integration between SEW and Adobe Experience Manager to support seamless cross-channel customer journeys.
• Overseeing functional and technical design, configuration, and testing of SEW and AEM modules across varied customer personas.
• Ensuring digital deliverables meet accessibility, security, integration, and compliance requirements, including ADA/WCAG.

• 7+ years of experience in digital platform delivery within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven success leading multi-vendor digital platform implementations.
• Strong understanding of integrating digital platforms with SAP, Salesforce, CCaaS, and related systems.
• Experience with API integrations, middleware platforms, and omnichannel digital customer experiences.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) and digital security best practices.
• Hands-on experience managing SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing using Jira and qTest.
