10 is seeking a Programmer/Analyst: IV (Lead) for a hybrid 3-month contract-to-hire position with a leading client in Columbus, OH. Compensation: $ per hour, W2.

This role is designed for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in fast-paced, enterprise environments and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that support mission-critical banking operations. The ideal candidate brings exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex technical challenges and drive effective architectural decisions.

As a Tech Lead
, you will guide development teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and lead the design and implementation of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, API development, and SQL. You will also play a key role in modernizing legacy platforms, integrating with enterprise systems, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and security standards. In addition, this role requires providing production support as needed, ensuring system stability, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of our applications.

• Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon user specifications.
• Provide advanced technical expertise in solving hardware or software problems.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of modern development tools, frameworks, and engineering best practices for system design, development, and support.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and engineering methodologies relevant to Huntington's technology stack.
• Mentor and coach junior developers; contribute to skill development and team capability building.
• Lead medium to large-scale projects, providing technical direction and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 years of related experience or an additional 4 years of related work experience may be considered.
• Hands-on with Java and Spring Boot, API and SQL query (Enterprise Edition)
• Hands-on GCP/AWS/Azure

• 8 YOE preferred
• Hands-on GCP (EE)
• Microsoft Office experience
• Experience working in a multi-platform environment
• Ability to balance both development and support roles
• Experience in working on projects that involve business segments
• Strong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups
