IT Project Coordinator

Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support project execution, documentation, and communication across cross‑functional teams. This hybrid Columbus role requires strong organizational skills, comfort with project management tools, and experience supporting IT initiatives within manufacturing, retail, or logistics environments.

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, task assignments, and status reporting
• Maintain documentation including requirements, meeting notes, RAID logs, and communication summaries
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business partners to track progress and deliverables
• Monitor project timelines and escalate risks or delays as needed
• Use MS Project, JIRA, and Excel to update plans, manage tasks, and report on project health
• Prepare status decks, dashboards, and project updates for leadership
• Support cross-functional meetings, planning sessions, and workshops
• Assist with project intake, prioritization, and PMO-standardized processes

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally supporting IT or enterprise-level initiatives
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics environments preferred
• 1+ year of hands-on experience using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Excel
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and support multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify risks and maintain structured project controls
