- Drive sales of IT systems (SaaS) and related professional services.
- Lead a pure sales function focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities to grow monthly recurring revenue.
- Maintain an accurate, data-driven sales pipeline and deliver consistent forecasting and performance reporting.
- Drive achievement of annual operating plan (AOP) sales objectives, including new customer acquisition, recurring revenue growth, and sustained lead generation.
- Sell an end-to-end, SaaS-based supply chain and operations platform, positioning it as a comprehensive solution for complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Expand adoption of an integrated logistics and operations ecosystem, including transportation management, warehouse management, planning, optimization, forecasting, sustainability reporting, and system integrations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and regional leadership teams across global markets to support seamless onboarding and customer value realization.
- Act as the voice of the customer, delivering market and client insights that help shape product enhancements and align with strategic growth objectives.
- Clearly articulate the platform’s value through improved visibility, automation, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, IT, and center-of-excellence teams to translate customer needs into solution requirements and inform product roadmap decisions.
- Partner with regional operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and successful implementation.
- Support account expansion by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing customer relationships.
- Leverage market and customer insights to refine value propositions across multiple industries and customer segments.
- Proven experience in technology or solution-based sales within a SaaS or services-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required, business, supply chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years or relevant sales experience in SaaS, Supply Chain, or related field.
- International sales experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stage sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven approach to sales performance.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and standard business productivity tools.
- Highly skilled in consultative, value-based selling and articulating clear return on investment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
