Product Manager- AI Native Engineering

• Support ownership of AI-native offerings throughout the entire engineering lifecycle
• Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to translate portfolio strategy into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans
• Serve as the primary product liaison with Engineering, Partnerships, Enablement, and Delivery teams
• Define and maintain detailed artifacts for service offerings, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
• Track and report on product metrics, including adoption rates and customer feedback, to inform future iterations

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA degree is a plus
• 5–8 years of experience in product management, technology solutions, or platform-oriented roles
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messaging for various audiences
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean product development practices

• Exposure to AI, data platforms, or modern digital architectures
• Demonstrated ability to operate in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, with a high attention to detail
• Experience in managing a small team or leading matrixed product teams
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements
