• Provide day-to-day support for all quoting and order management activities within assigned accounts
• Respond accurately to customer requirements, including requests for quotes and order processing
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned accounts and strategic OEM products and services
• Utilize internal tools and processes to build and validate technical configurations
• Generate detailed quote and order management reports for key stakeholders

• B.A. in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in the IT industry
• Minimum of two years of sales or sales support experience in the information technology industry
• Proficient PC skills, including MS Office Suite
• Ability to effectively utilize internal systems, tools, and processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in the IT industry with a focus on sales operations or customer support
• Familiarity with partner registration processes and promotional incentives
• Strong relationship-building skills both inside and outside the organization
• Passion for learning and continued education in technology solutions
