Seeking a Tier 2 Desktop Support Technician with strong fundamentals, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver white‑glove support in an enterprise aviation environment. Must have 3–5 years of true desktop experience and be comfortable supporting executives and onsite users daily.
Key Responsibilities- Tier 2 incident/request support via Service Now and Jira Service Management
- Deskside break/fix, hardware provisioning, software deployments, conference room AV support
- Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 devices, peripherals, printers, kiosks, and digital signage
- Imaging, profile migration, and deployments using Intune and SCCM
- Asset tracking and CMDB updates
- Support VDI environments (Citrix, Microsoft, Amazon Work spaces)
- Participate in deployments, OS upgrades, infrastructure refreshes, and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain SOPs/KB articles; adhere to SLAs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; relationship-building is critical
- Basic understanding of networking, cabling, printers, and AV equipment (aviation experience a plus)
- Experience with Intune, SCCM, scripting (Power Shell/batch/SQL a plus)
