• Collaborate with the Digital team to implement AI technologies and low-code platforms for enhanced client experiences
• Research emerging AI trends and low-code tools, sharing findings to inform team strategies
• Assist in creating and refining digital experiences to improve user and employee interactions
• Contribute to developing functional prototypes for client feedback and iteration
• Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to define technical approaches for digital transformation projects

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in a related field
• Professional or internship experience in technology or digital development, focusing on AI or low-code platforms
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Creative and curious mindset, with the ability to think critically about technology solutions

• Hands‑on experience with AI technologies and low‑code platforms
• Familiarity with digital product development and user experience design
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast‑changing environments
