Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Support professional to join their team. As a Technical Support specialist, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting a high-profile user community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
What’s the Job?Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking environment.
Assist with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus solutions.
Support incident and request management through Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
Reimage user devices, backup and restore user data remotely and at user desks.
Configure, install, and test hardware components, ensuring proper deployment and functionality.
3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support, with knowledge of server and Cisco technology in a professional setting.
Proficiency with troubleshooting and supporting MS Office applications, MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS.
Experience assisting with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management, including VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus technologies.
Prior experience working with Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
