Technical Support

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Support professional to join their team. As a Technical Support specialist, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting a high-profile user community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking environment.

• Assist with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus solutions.

• Support incident and request management through Service Now or similar ticketing systems.

• Reimage user devices, backup and restore user data remotely and at user desks.

• Configure, install, and test hardware components, ensuring proper deployment and functionality.

• 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support, with knowledge of server and Cisco technology in a professional setting.

• Proficiency with troubleshooting and supporting MS Office applications, MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS.

• Experience assisting with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management, including VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus technologies.

• Prior experience working with Service Now or similar ticketing systems.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
