Our San Luis Obispo, California team primary focuses on developing both software and hardware for prototype sensors used in non-destructive testing. This involves programming near hardware-software interfaces, developing or modifying embedded device drivers on Linux and other embedded kernels, implementing signal processing algorithms, implementing hardware abstraction layers, interfacing with FPGAs, and targeting resource-constrained processors. Our Columbus, Ohio Software and Data Science team works with large data, developing machine learning models to deliver high quality solutions to our partners.

* Summary
* As part of our Dev Ops team, you setup and maintain cloud infrastructure which drives our business. Focusing on automation, you take care of the availability and scalability of our Kubernetes Clusters and applications running on top. In a technology-driven environment with close collaboration across disciplines, you support our development teams in their daily work, bringing our solutions to life.

* Responsibilities:
* _As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for:_

* Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Azure Cloud.

* Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

* Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub.

* Automate the deployment process to ensure quick and reliable software delivery.

* Manage source code repositories and version control using Git.

* Implement branching strategies and workflows to support development processes.

* Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth project delivery

* Provide support for development and production environments.

* Required Skills and Qualifications:

* * Proficiency with Kubernetes and Azure Cloud services.

* Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.

* Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub.

* Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.

* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or similar.

* Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python, Power Shell).

* Familiarity with tools from the CNCF landscape.

* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Experience:

* * _Minimum of 2 years_ of experience in a Dev Ops or similar role.

* Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline management.

* Proven experience in managing source code repositories and version control systems.
