- Technical Support activities including, but not limited to, providing in-depth application and technical support for the industrial business area while delivering excellent customer service.
- Adhere to client service level agreements.
- Interface with our client base to identify and document functional requirement specifications for applications utilizing our product portfolio.
- Creation of custom quotations.
- Create and review technical bulletins, white papers and other documentation.
- Assist and/or lead product‑focused training activities.
- Assist and/or participate in product introduction, phase in/out activities and other support functions.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field of study, or equivalent work experience.
- Three or more years of direct experience with industrial weighing equipment.
- Two or more years of technical support or technical training experience with electro‑mechanical equipment.
- Solid verbal (English) communication skills in both small and large group settings.
- Strong written communication skills in both short and long format documents.
- Demonstrated success in participating in diverse team environments.
- Sound analytical and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Motivation, adaptability and professional qualities to work in an environment with minimal supervision.
- Senior level requires extensive experience or expertise in multiple product‑focused specializations.
