• Technical Support activities including, but not limited to, providing in-depth application and technical support for the industrial business area while delivering excellent customer service.
• Adhere to client service level agreements.
• Interface with our client base to identify and document functional requirement specifications for applications utilizing our product portfolio.
• Creation of custom quotations.
• Create and review technical bulletins, white papers and other documentation.
• Assist and/or lead product‑focused training activities.
• Assist and/or participate in product introduction, phase in/out activities and other support functions.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Associate’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field of study, or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of direct experience with industrial weighing equipment.
• Two or more years of technical support or technical training experience with electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Solid verbal (English) communication skills in both small and large group settings.
• Strong written communication skills in both short and long format documents.
• Demonstrated success in participating in diverse team environments.
• Sound analytical and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Motivation, adaptability and professional qualities to work in an environment with minimal supervision.
• Senior level requires extensive experience or expertise in multiple product‑focused specializations.
