Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in technology or digital development roles.

Experience shaping AI-enabled technical approaches, mentoring others on tool usage and judgment, and establishing responsible patterns for AI assistance across multiple projects or teams.

• Ability to lead through ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to raise quality across people and projects.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Up to 10% of the time Domestic and International Travel

Individual Contributor

Estimated base pay: $110,000 to $150,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.
