Execution Architect – AI Execution Platforms

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on engineering experience, including architecture and production delivery
• Strong coding background with the ability to build and review production‑quality code
• Experience with at least one low‑code / workflow / integration platform (Boomi strongly preferred; Power Platform also valuable)
• Experience using AI coding platforms (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development responsibly
• Strong experience with APIs, relational databases, and integration‑heavy systems
• CI/CD and cloud deployment experience (Azure preferred)
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills in ambiguous environments

• Experience building platforms used across multiple delivery teams or projects
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and automation patterns
• Experience applying AI in delivery workflows (RAG, orchestration, decision support)
• Experience operating systems in production (monitoring, incident response, support readiness)

• Execution‑first mindset: ship, validate , iterate
• Comfortable building quickly without over‑engineering v1
• Strong engineering fundamentals (quality, security, maintainability)
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn as tooling and AI capabilities evolve
• Pragmatism: ability to choose the right tool (code, low‑code, AI) for the outcome

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
