Role :

-People Soft Techno-functional requirement.

Location Remote Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Must have current & extensive People Tools / People Soft Financials Development (People Code) experience in GL/AP/AM/AR/Treasury and Cash Management modules.
• Expertise and hands on experience in technical tools like Application engine, File layouts, SQR, XML publisher, Application packages, Component interfaces.
• Hands-On experience with People Tools People Soft Financials upgrades (PUM) is a big bonus.
• Basic Understanding of the PSFT module integrations and Business unit level Configurations. Knowledge on high level transactional tables.
• In-depth understanding to GL Sub-systems/Integrations.
• In-depth understanding of the data structures.
• Real expert in addressing all sort of Module related configurations and data.
• Collaborate with co-workers and customers to refine business requirements and provide comprehensive technical solutions.
• Proficient in developing Design Document and Technical Design Document.
• Have worked on Fluid development and well versed with Tiles and Homepage.
• Experience with nVision/BI Publisher Reports Required.
• Should have worked on latest release of PSFT tools as well as application versions.
• Hands on Experience in performing end to end system integration and external interface configuration and testing.
• Heavy hands-on SQL experience to write complex SQLs to fix data issues.
• Expertise working with web services to integrate third party applications.
• Trouble shoot production issues and provide solutions.
• Hands on experience in developing and testing PTF scripts.
• Experience working with Control M job scheduler to trouble shoot job failures.

• Experience working with change control tool like PHIRE, STATS etc.
• Participate in day-to-day aspects of a formal Agile/Scrum process, including contributing to Agile meetings (backlog, planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups).
• Experience with ITSM tools like Service-Now

• Daily Operations – Solving L2 / L3 level tickets.
• Technical/Functional Gap Assessment and Resolution
• Expertise to train staff on Module specific knowledge.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Team leadership activities include mentoring Jr support technicians.

Must be able to work with Business Customers, Line Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches.
