Lead Cloud Engineer

to design, build, and optimize secure, scalable cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP
. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, automation, and cost optimization while partnering with cross-functional teams to support business-critical systems.

• Design and implement cloud architecture and infrastructure best practices (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Lead cloud infrastructure strategy, research, and solution design for complex business needs
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, Cloud Formation)
• Develop automation and scripting (Python, Power Shell)
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud performance, security, and cost
• Support incident resolution (including on-call), root cause analysis, and preventive improvements
• Partner with engineering and business teams to align cloud solutions with organizational goals
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, policies, and training materials
• Mentor team members and drive cloud adoption initiatives

• 7+ years of cloud engineering experience, with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 architecture and Entra (privileged access management)
• Experience with AWS and Google Cloud (certifications a plus)
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code best practices and version control
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001/27017/27018, NIST, FedRAMP, GDPR)
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience required)
