Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Duration: 6-12 Months

Pay Range: $53-55/hr

Shift timings: Sun-Thu, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

This is a Block Storage Infrastructure Support Engineer role handling enterprise SAN/storage platforms, incident management, and execution of storage migrations in a production environment.

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise Block Storage and SAN infrastructure.
• Work on technologies like Dell EMC VMAX/Power Max, HPE 3
  
  PAR, Brocade, and Cisco MDS.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and timely closure of support tickets.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to resolve storage and connectivity issues.
• Perform storage provisioning, LUN masking, zoning, performance tuning, and capacity management.
• Facilitate and execute storage migrations (block/file) using predefined runbooks.
• Ensure system stability, availability, and compliance with operational standards.
• Participate in a Sun-Thu, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST support shift in a production environment.
