• Coordinate with internal and external Project and Product Managers, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts to gather information and align on project deliverables
• Translate complex technical material into easily understood language and concepts
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality documentation related to products and services
• Produce and edit various technical documents including user guides, training materials, and project reports
• Maintain documentation repositories and develop content strategies to enhance documentation processes

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience delivering technical documentation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance

• Familiarity with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira) and other documentation tools (Tech Smith Snagit, Lucidchart, Smartsheet)
• Experience in software development processes (e.g., Agile, CI/CD)
• Outstanding creative problem‑solving and analytical skills
