This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio or Des Moines, Iowa office 2 days per week on Wednesdays and Thursdays
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join the Claims and Shared Services BSA as a Specialist, Technology Analyst, supporting Contact Center Shared Technologies on the Serenity Now product line.
In this Technology Analyst–focused position, you will collaborate closely with business and technology partners to define, analyze, and document requirements that support our Contact Center Shared Technology initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our solutions meet both customer and operational needs.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Strong experience eliciting and documenting requirements for SaaS-based solutions. Exposure to Genesys Cloud, IVRs, or Enterprise Workforce Management tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis and create clear, reporting-focused requirements.
- Familiarity with Jira and R4J for story creation, requirements management, and version tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, business stakeholders, Product partners, and Technology teams.
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to ask clarifying questions to drive alignment and accuracy.

As a Technology Analyst you will partner with the business to understand business needs and outcomes as well as provide all types of analysis skills related to understanding and meeting business outcomes. They translate business outcomes into solution requirements using techniques such as facilitation and visual management. A Technology Analyst should have broad technology and analysis experience including: facilitation with large stakeholder groups, managing the complete requirements lifecycle, conducting structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques, analyzing data and application suites, and problem-solving using a collaborative style.
Technology Analysts are engaged in work efforts at all scales ranging from minor defect fixes and enhancements to development of new applications. You will also work on all types of solution approaches (e.g. custom development, package implementation) and domains (e.g. all application types, data warehouses, Web, and Cloud).

- Partners with the business and other technology professionals to understand business needs and outcomes.
- Translates multiple business outcomes into solution requirements.
- Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
