** This role is a senior leadership opportunity for a delivery focused leader who can guide teams, drive complex initiatives, and personally contribute to high impact outcomes. You will lead data delivery teams while overseeing portfolio and program execution across critical P&C data platforms and products. The role blends people leadership, strategic delivery oversight, and hands on technical and delivery engagement, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder partnership, risk management, and delivery excellence.
**** The Director, Delivery Lead will partner closely with senior leaders across the organization, including Director, AVP, and VP level stakeholders, to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure outcomes meet business objectives. Success in this role requires strong program management capabilities, experience with Agile delivery models such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate across technical and business teams.

As a Delivery Leader you’ll be responsible for delivering value and outcomes. Delivery leaders are expected to have an end-to-end vantage point on delivery, manage dependencies, remove blockers, engage partners, manage financials, maximize vendor relationships, and enable an iterative delivery of value. You will need to keep pace with software delivery and organizational change methods and tools. Delivery leaders should also understand relevant Financial and Agile/Lean/Dev Ops tools and techniques.
