We are seeking a skilled UiPath RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and support automation solutions that streamline business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in UiPath, experience with process automation methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable automation workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities 1. Development & Implementation- Design, develop, and deploy UiPath automations following established RPA best practices.
- Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries for automation.
- Integrate UiPath workflows with external systems, APIs, and databases.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and optimization of automation scripts.
- Work with business users to understand process workflows, identify automation opportunities, and define solution requirements.
- Evaluate process feasibility and document process design flows (PDD, SDD).
- Propose enhancements or modifications to improve automation effectiveness.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production bots to ensure stable operations.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and provide timely resolution for bot failures.
- Implement enhancements or fixes as needed based on business feedback.
- Maintain detailed documentation for designs, development, test cases, and deployments.
- Ensure automations comply with governance, security, and quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding guidelines.
- Hands‑on experience with UiPath Studio
, UiPath Orchestrator
, and modern UiPath components. - Strong knowledge of RPA development lifecycle and SDLC methodology
. - Proficiency in .NET
, C#, , or Python (optional but good to have). - Experience with Rest APIs, and integrations,
Document Understanding
, IXP
, Action Center
. - Exposure to attended
, unattended
, and agentic automation models. - Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automation solutions.
- Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ui Path
Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD). - Knowledge of process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN).
- Familiarity with cloud automation (UiPath Automation Cloud).
