Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and document system integrations.
- Analyze and validate API contracts (REST/SOAP), payload mappings (JSON/XML), and integration workflows.
- Troubleshoot integration defects by analyzing request/response logs and identifying root causes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Lead defect triage during SIT/UAT and coordinate cross-team resolution.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across interconnected systems.
- Support production issue analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
- 5+ years as an Integration Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst in integration-heavy environments.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML.
- Hands‑on experience using Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Experience debugging integration issues at payload level.
- Ability to work across business, engineering, QA, and external vendors.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, JIRA/Confluence and version control (e.g. Git).
- Strong Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
