Product Delivery Manager - Social Media ML​/CV Platform

We're seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to lead the development and launch of an innovative multi‑platform social media analytics platform powered by advanced machine learning and computer vision. You'll be responsible for driving product strategy, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of a complex technical platform that ingests and analyzes content from popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok at scale.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a product from the ground up, working at the intersection of social media, artificial intelligence, and cloud infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver a platform that provides actionable insights from billions of social media posts.

• Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the social media analytics platform
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis of social media analytics tools and ML/CV platforms
• Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories
• Develop go‑to‑market strategy and product positioning for different customer segments
• Create and maintain product documentation, specifications, and release notes

• Lead end‑to‑end product delivery from concept through launch and iteration
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade‑off decisions
• Coordinate multi‑phase rollout across Twitter, Instagram, and Tik Tok integrations
• Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics for product performance
• Establish quality standards and acceptance criteria for all deliverables
• Manage dependencies between platform components (ingestion, ML/CV, APIs)

• Serve as primary liaison between engineering, data science, design, and business teams
• Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to executives and stakeholders
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal users
• Manage expectations and communicate trade‑offs in scope, timeline, and resources
• Build consensus across teams on priorities and technical approaches

• Oversee the 18‑week implementation plan across four major phases
• Coordinate integration of Python microservices, Java APIs, and GCP infrastructure
• Manage risks, issues, and blockers across the technical stack
• Ensure proper testing, security reviews, and compliance requirements are met
• Drive adoption of best practices in agile development, CI/CD, and Dev Ops
• Monitor cloud costs and optimize GCP resource utilization

• Lead daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product reviews
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Mentor team members on product thinking and delivery excellence
• Implement and refine agile/scrum processes appropriate for the team
• Facilitate technical discussions and help teams navigate complex decisions
• Remove roadblocks and create an environment for team success
