- Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, Snap/TANF or Child Care)
- Knowledge and experience testing the eligibility Rules will be added benefit.
- Preferred candidate will have knowledge & experience with Reports and Integration testing.
- Preferred candidate will have knowledge and experience using Test Management tools.
- Preferred candidate will have knowledge & ability to script using automation tools such as Selenium & Cucumber
- Preferred candidate will have knowledge to manual scripting and test execution.
- Act as key point of contact for QA aspects of releases, providing test services and coordinating QA resources.
- Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with Test plan, including schedule and quality requirements.
- Provide feedback to System Integrator on the implications of testing outcomes.
- Knowledge of SDLC and defect lifecycle
- Adhere to formal QA processes and daily goals as established by the QA lead.
- Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with the Test plan, including schedule and quality requirements.
- Proactively follow up on questions and defects and follow to closure.
- Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal.

- Preferred candidate will have Experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and Policy: 7 + years
- Experienced tester with knowledge in Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits and skills in writing and executing test scripts: 7+ years
- Adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the Systems Implementation [SI] team is using industry-accepted best practices: 7+ years
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of test management software
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is required.
