A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

Position Overview
As a Services Solution Architect specializing in Infrastructure and Data Center solutions within the Solutions group, you will develop enterprise data center services across server and compute platforms, enterprise storage systems, network infrastructure, virtualization technologies, and hybrid cloud integration. You will translate customer requirements into structured, delivery‑ready data center solutions that encompass modern compute, storage, and networking capabilities.
You will independently navigate contemporary data center architectures while developing competitive business cases, cost estimates, and risk‑adjusted pricing strategies. In this role, you will lead technical discovery sessions to identify business drivers, technical requirements, existing environment constraints, and operational dependencies, translating these findings into detailed scopes and commercially sound engagement models.
This role requires deep data center expertise and strong professional services discipline. As a senior individual contributor, you will serve as the deal "quarterback," owning solution development from discovery through final approval prior to submission. You will align architects, sales teams, and delivery stakeholders to a unified, executable solution, ensuring technical accuracy, scope clarity, and commercial viability.
Job Responsibilities- Enterprise Data Center Solutions: Lead solution opportunities by defining clear scope, validating requirements, and developing practical, implementable data center solutions across server compute platforms, enterprise storage systems, network architecture, and virtualization & cloud integration (e.g., VMware, Microsoft Hyper‑V, Azure Stack). Leverage technologies from leading vendors to design comprehensive, scalable data center architectures that meet enterprise requirements.
- Opportunity Alignment & Discovery: Work closely with account teams to qualify opportunities, lead structured discovery sessions, validate scope boundaries, and ensure solutions align with customer technical and operational needs in the data center domain.
