Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to own the day‑to‑day management, optimization, and enhancement of their Salesforce environment. This hybrid role in Columbus, OH will support users across the organization, drive system improvements, ensure data integrity, and partner with business leaders to streamline processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and passionate about maximizing the value of Salesforce across teams.

• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce configuration including flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and automation
• Create dashboards and reports to support business insights and leadership decisions
• Lead system updates, release readiness, documentation, and best practices
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into CRM solutions
• Monitor data quality, resolve data issues, and support data imports/exports
• Provide end‑user support, troubleshooting, and training for Salesforce features
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive adoption

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Admin certification preferred (ADM‑201 or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, and system governance
• Experience supporting users, enhancing automation, and maintaining data accuracy
• Excellent communication and business analysis skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative hybrid environment
