We are seeking a senior-level Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead a high-performing application support and delivery team supporting ACH, EDI, Mainframe Wire components, and Integrated Payables platforms. This is a fast-paced, production-facing environment requiring strong leadership, deep mainframe expertise, and proven experience with PEP+.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage an Agile Kanban team consisting of mainframe developers, Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), and QA resources
- Oversee both Business Discretionary initiatives and Production Support activities
- Ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of ACH, EDI, Wire, and Integrated Payables systems
- Drive prioritization and execution of work in partnership with Product Owner and Scrum Master
- Manage a mix of onshore and offshore resources
- Provide oversight to the Application Manager and broader application team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and external vendors
- Take ownership of delivery, issue resolution, and operational excellence
- Support production incidents, including occasional off-hours support when required
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the team
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Prior leadership experience managing development and application support teams
- Strong Mainframe knowledge (required)
- PEP+ experience (required)
- Experience leading teams in a production support environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working within Agile/Kanban frameworks
- Prior hands-on development experience with PEP+
- Experience supporting ACH, EDI, Wire, or Integrated Payables systems
