We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist (QA
3) to join our team in Columbus, OH. This is a fully onsite role, and candidates must be available for in-person interviews.
- 7+ years of QA experience
- Strong experience in Integrated Eligibility systems
- Knowledge of Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or Child Care programs
- Experience testing eligibility rules
- Strong experience writing & executing test scripts
- Manual & Regression testing experience
- Experience with Test Management tools
- Knowledge of SDLC & defect lifecycle
- Experience with Selenium & Cucumber (preferred)
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Execute test plans and ensure quality standards
- Coordinate QA activities for system releases
- Work closely with stakeholders and system integrators
- Track defects and follow through to closure
- Ensure compliance with formal QA processes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
