Service Delivery Manager.

Location:

Columbus is preferred, also open to Minnetonka, MN, or Chicago, IL. Contract to Hire. This team supports ACH, EDI, mainframe Wire components, and Integrated Payables. PEP+ skills are a must for this role. Mainframe knowledge is a must. This role has an agile kanban team of several mainframe developers, BSAs, and QA resources. The team performs both Business Discretionary work and Production Support activities.

Fast-paced environment, multitasking capability required. Able to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors. Ability to take charge and lead the team.

Note:

PEP+ (Payment Engine Plus) is a Fiserv core payments processing system used primarily by banks and financial institutions to process ACH and other electronic payments.

• Lead an agile kanban team of mainframe developers, BSAs, and QA resources.
• Manage both Business Discretionary work and Production Support activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
• Take charge, guide, and lead the team in delivery and operational excellence.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Must have PEP+ (Payment Engine Plus) skills.
• Must have mainframe knowledge.
• Experience with ACH, EDI, mainframe Wire components, and Integrated Payables is preferred.
• Ability to work in an agile Kanban framework and coordinate with developers, BSAs, and QA resources.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
