• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and enhance Salesforce functionality
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce automations, processes, and reports to drive efficiency
• Assist with Salesforce administration activities, including user access support and territory alignment
• Monitor data quality and system performance, ensuring accuracy and integrity across Salesforce
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce administration and automation tools
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for clear explanation of complex information

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or CRM role
• Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• Familiarity with Tableau or other BI/analytics tools
• Experience in Agile environments using Jira and Copado for deployment management
• Exposure to AI‑driven solutions and Salesforce AI capabilities
