The Cybersecurity Engineer role aligned to Network Engineering is critical for maintaining the stability, performance, and security of the company’s global network infrastructure. This position ensures continuous uptime for core business systems and supports all network-dependent operations, including data centers, cloud environments, remote access, and office connectivity.

• Operational continuity:
  Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance to prevent downtime.
• Productivity:
  Supporting employee connectivity and system access, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Security and compliance:
  Managing connectivity controls and patching to protect corporate assets and meet regulatory standards.
• Scalability:
  Supporting infrastructure expansion (Project Ascend) to accommodate business growth and technology upgrades.

Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or Information Technology

2-4 years of experience

• 2-5 years experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or related role
• Hands ‑ on experience with:
  • Enterprise routing, switching, and firewall platforms
  • VPN technologies and secure transport (IPsec/GRE concepts)
  • WAN and SD ‑ WAN operations
• Experience with change/ticketing systems and network documentation tools
• Good familiarity with:
  Zero Trust / SSE connectivity concepts, Cloud networking connectivity
  • Automation or scripting concepts (required)
  • Monitoring or observability tools used for network performance and alerting
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues across layered and distributed environments
• Solid understanding of secure network operations, segmentation, and access control principles
• Ability to analyze network telemetry and performance data to accurately identify connectivity issues and determine root cause
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical issues clearly
